Acceptance of Terms

Your use of our services constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service in their entirety. We provide workshops and resources designed to help professionals develop confidence, improve self-introduction techniques, and communicate assertively in multicultural workplace settings. By registering for our workshops or accessing our online content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. You further acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

User Obligations

As a participant in our workshops and services, you agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully toward all instructors, facilitators, and fellow participants. You commit to engaging authentically in our confidence building exercises and assertive communication practice sessions. You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable laws and regulations in Singapore. You agree not to disrupt workshops, harass other participants, or engage in discriminatory behavior based on race, religion, gender, or any other protected characteristic. Additionally, you acknowledge that our workshops focus on developing personal communication styles that balance Singaporean politeness with clear self-expression, and you agree to participate constructively in this culturally sensitive environment.

Intellectual Property

All workshop materials, presentation content, frameworks, and methodologies developed by us remain our exclusive intellectual property. This includes self-introduction techniques, communication templates, multicultural workplace communication strategies, and any proprietary materials shared during workshops. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use these materials solely for your own professional development and personal growth. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our materials without explicit written permission. Recording sessions, photographing materials, or sharing proprietary content with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited. We take intellectual property protection seriously and reserve the right to pursue legal action against unauthorized use or distribution of our content.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate, helpful information and guidance through our workshops, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Developing confidence and assertive communication skills is a personal journey that varies for each individual, and results depend on your commitment and practice. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in our workshops or use of our services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. We provide information and training for general professional development purposes. You acknowledge that your attendance at workshops and implementation of our techniques is entirely at your own discretion and risk. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services or suspend your participation in workshops if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to our community. Termination may occur without notice if necessary to protect the safety and wellbeing of other participants. Upon termination, your right to access workshop materials and online content ceases immediately. We may also terminate services at our discretion with reasonable notice.
